Lynne Speed, one of the proponents of LaRouche PAC, provided a brief insight into the movement's core.

"There's three main goals at hand," said Speed, "First being to get Obama out before the Democratic convention, the second is to restore Glass-Steagall and restore normal banking from speculative investment, and third is to go back to a national credit system like the one that built this country under Hamilton."

One supporter donated cash while another, who identified himself as a carpenter, stated that her referred to himself as more of a "Jeffersonian" than a "Hamiltonian."

"It's not about parties," said Speed, "it's about patriots."

As of 2:30 p.m., Speed was still at her post with fellow LaRouche PAC movement member Margaret Scialdone.
