73 Sunrise Avenue: Philip and Emily Schoonmaker sold their home to Tyler and Nicole Steel for $775,000. Deed conveyed on July 1, 2010 and recorded the following day on July 2, 2010.
3 Wahackme Lane: Emerson and Patricia Marton sold their property to Arthur and Kristen Hall for $2,700,000. Deed conveyed on June 28, 2010 and signed on July 1, 2010.
40 Shady Knoll Lane: Helen Yankowski sold her property to Adam and Azenet Ramirez for $727,000. The deed was conveyed and recorded on July 2, 2010.
