5 Things for a Fulfilling Tuesday in New Canaan

Hey New Canaan, Tuesday brings a sunny 69 until the evening temperatures drop to a mostly cloudy 52 degrees, according to Weather.com.

Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Bill Dedman comes to the New Canaan Library at 7 p.m. as part of the Authors on Stage series to discuss his his book, Empty Mansions. There's a number of children's activities on the calendar throughout the day as well. 

Fairfield County's newest luncheonette and caterer, Eclectic, officially opens its doors on Tuesday, so check it out starting at 11 a.m. at their New Canaan location at 31 Vitti Street. Opening day guests are requested to send an RSVP, so check the link for details on reserving a spot.

The New Canaan Beautification League is hosting a welcome reception for Goldenberry at the store's 149 Cherry Street location. From 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. In return, Goldenberry is collecting donations for the Beautification League during the event.
