6 Things to Help You Have a Better Tuesday in New Canaan

Hey New Canaan, the temperatures are supposed to reach a sunny 78 degrees Tuesday, with an evening that drops to a clear 56 degrees, according to Weather.com.

Starting Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., a number of shops throughout New Canaan will be participating in a Where's Waldo contest, with 25 participating stores hiding the bespectacled icon within their shop somewhere. Finding him can win prizes like stickers, coupon books and more. 

In neighboring Stamford, Fairfield County's Community Plates is hosting a Night to End Hunger on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Loading Dock. The event features some of the area's newest restaurants. Check out ticket details here

The New Canaan Planning & Zoning Commission has a special meeting planned for 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

At the New Canaan Library, Jill Castle is featured in the next installment of Author's on Stage at 9:30 a.m. to discuss her book, "Fearless Feeding." Time for 2's, Storytime and Kid Creators are also scheduled
