The art of Barbara Rothenberg starting Thursday will be featured at the Silvermine Arts Center at 1037 Silvermine Road, running through September 15. The public is invited to the exhibition kickoff at 6:30 p.m. They'll also e kicking off an exhibition featuring the work of the artist-teachers of the school at the same time.
The Police Commission has a special session Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in the Training Room at the New Canaan Police Department. It's an executive session meeting and will feature discussions on personnel and an Internal Affairs investigation.
