SLERP, Town Council, Maps and Back to School

There's a lot going on Thursday at the New Canaan Library with Jamie Cat Callan visiting for Author's on Stage, the Summer Reading Grand Finale! and the lock-in for the teen summer reading program SLERP.

There's a special town council meeting at the NC Nature Center at 7:30 p.m. and a Historical Review Committee meeting at 10 a.m. at the NC Historical Society in local government news.

If you're down for a drive over to Fairfield, there's an interesting program called There's A Map For That taking place at the Fairfield Museum and History Center that looks at all the ways Connecticut has been charted and documented throughout history.
