Flora Shepelsky, founder of Design by Flora, is extending a helping hand to Orthodox communities hurt by Hurricane Sandy in Seagate, Rockaway and Staten Island, New
York. Flora is offering 100 brand new human hair headbands and hat falls for Orthodox women who may have lost or damaged sheitels from the storm.
The pieces will be available Mondays and Tuesdays from 10AM-5PM at her Manhattan location and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9AM-5PM at her Teaneck, NJ
store. To make sure the help is truly going to those in need, Flora requests proof of ID and references to verify the situation.
She requests interested parties to please just stop in as they are not equipped to take phone calls or able to hold pieces. The Free pieces are available on a first come first serve basis and styling is not included.
