Non-Profit Benefits from Red Mango's Grand Opening in New Canaan

Red Mango, the new frozen yogurt and smoothie store on Elm Street, had their Grand Opening, Friday, April 20th.  They partnered with PuraVida for Children, the New Canaan-based non profit that helps starving and abandoned children in the U.S. and around the world, and donated 50% of the proceeds from the Grand Opening to Pura Vida's upcoming "Feed My Starving Children" food packing event at New Canaan High School that is planned for May 19th and 20th. 

On May 10th, during a "Dining for a Difference" event in town, participating restaurants will donate a percentage of their sales from the day and night to the food packing event as well.  Participating restaurants at the time of printing include , Viccolos, Rosie's Boulevard 18, , and .
