Town of New Canaan, Parks Department
The Town of New Canaan will receive proposals at the office of the Public Works Department, , 77 Main Street, New Canaan, CT.
Bid Specifications may be picked up at the office of the Director of , Town Hall, New Canaan, Connecticut any time after September 15, 2011 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
All Proposals must be received by 10 a.m. on Thursday September 29, 2011 at the office of the Director of Public Works, 77 Main Street, New Canaan, CT at which time they will be opened.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and accept the proposal, which seems to be for the best interest of the Town.
All bidders are requested to note that the award of this Contract is subject to the following conditions and contingencies:
- The approval of such governmental agencies as may be required by law.
- The appropriation of adequate funds by the proper agencies.
