Strength in Numbers

As the age-old adage goes, there is strength in numbers.  This holds especially true for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, Connecticut’s premier residential real estate brokerage, whose unprecedented growth measures up to unique advantages for buyers and sellers of fine real estate.

With many record-breaking sales to its credit, the firm has achieved over $2.4 billion in sales with more than 1,000 sales associates and 30 offices together with partner firms Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty and Litchfield Hills Sotheby’s International Realty, serving the home markets of Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.

Unprecedented growth has positioned William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, along with its partner firms, as the largest Sotheby’s International Realty® affiliate globally, the third-fastest-growing real estate company nationally, and the 23rd-largest real estate company by sales volume in the United States.

“Our world-renowned brand and long record of success play hand-in-hand roles key to our company’s growth, strength, and significant ranking as the largest Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate worldwide, the nation’s third-fastest-growing real estate company, and the 23rd-largest real estate company by sales volume in the United States,” said Paul Breunich, President and CEO of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.  “Our real estate professionals work together as a team to leverage our innovative marketing tools, exclusive global network, and local market expertise, offering an unmatched experience for home buyers and sellers.”  Specialized on-going training and continual development of cutting-edge marketing resources give the company’s sales associates added advantages in serving their clients most effectively.  “We constantly strive to have the best trained and most highly respected real estate agents in the industry,” adds Mr. Breunich.

Extending global reach as the exclusive affiliate of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, the firm is part of a prestigious worldwide network on six continents with over 585 offices in 46 countries and territories, sharing many thousands of referrals each year.  All of this adds up to marketing power and exposure that no other firm can provide.

Mr. Breunich has served at the helm of the firm since 1998 and in his leadership has brought William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty through its greatest expansion, building on a long history of success that dates back to 1949, when visionary entrepreneur William Pitt founded The William Pitt Company, which he lead for half a century.  Over the course of this time, Mr. Pitt built his real estate network dedicated to fulfilling the needs of clients by delivering extraordinary customer service, which today remains a core value of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.

“We’re committed to providing our clients unequalled value and uncompromising service,” said Mr. Breunich.  “This is integral to the marketing strength that sets our firm apart from the rest.”

Founded in 1949, William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty manages a $2.5-billion-plus portfolio with more than 1,000 sales associates in over 30 brokerages spanning Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.  William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, combined with partner firms Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty and Litchfield Hills Sotheby’s International Realty, is now the largest Sotheby’s International Realty® affiliate globally, the third-fastest-growing real estate company nationally, and the 23rd-largest real estate company by sales volume in the United States.  Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty serves the luxury home market throughout Westchester County, New York; and Litchfield Hills Sotheby’s International Realty serves the luxury home market throughout Litchfield County, Connecticut.  A full-service real estate firm headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty provides ancillary services including commercial services through its affiliation with Building and Land Technology, a second-generation development company based in Stamford, Connecticut; William Pitt Mortgage, a Wells Fargo mortgage affiliate; William Pitt Insurance Services; and an award-winning global relocation division.  For more information, visit the website at williampitt.com.

I just called Staples. This is really disturbing to me. If I don't get a satisfactory answer, IRead More will let people know and I will also decide whether to continue shopping there. I do not like to give my money to unethical businesses.

This has convinced my growing conviction that Patch has moved completely away from any pretense ofRead More being a news source and is simply an electronic bulletin board. By abandoning their prior procedure of approving posts before they go up, they are letting anything go on and then taking them down if they're reported. By then, it's too late: the poster has gotten their message across during the time it's in the lineup. I only check in with Patch occasionally now and so many people in town won't read it at all anymore. I think we need to be honest with ourselves about what kind of a public forum this venue is. This doesn't reflect well on Staples if they are using subterfuge and violating Terms of Use on Patch either.

New Canaan hockey players are better off playing at Sono, Ridgefield or Stamford Youth Hockey.
