As a result of the outstanding efforts of the entire team roster, the New Canaan High School Rams varsity ski team brought home the first place trophy in the mixed division of the CISL for the fourth year in a row, after competing in the Connecticut CISL State Championship at Mount Southington, on March 5th, 2014.

Four years ago, NCHS reinstated its high school alpine ski racing program that participates in the CISL (CT Interscholastic Ski League)races at Mt. Southington, and each of the past 4 years, the team has been state champs in the M class- “mixed” of boys and girls.

Senior Co-Captains: Jeffrey Cole, Wilson Fleming and Alex Dobbin led NCHS team to their consecutive wins and all enjoyed a healthy competitive spirit, despite a brutally cold winter season with tough racing conditions.
