The League of Women Voters of New Canaan proudly announces the publication and mailing of its "2014 Know Your Representatives” brochure. Partially funded by Bankwell in New Canaan (formerly Bank of New Canaan), this document lists all representatives of New Canaan on the local, State, and National levels as well as local board and commission meeting times and temporary office locations during New Canaan Town Hall renovations.
This year, for the second time, the League is sending this by "Every Door Direct Mailing" in order to reach the most residents. Recipients are asked to watch for their copies and NOT to throw them out with the ads by mistake. The First Selectman is holding the document as it will appear after residents receive it and fold it one more time to make it the handy size most people are familiar with. Copies will also be available at the Selectman's office, the library and various sites around town.
