Have you heard of or played pickleball yet? Come learn and play this new low-impact sport sweeping US retirement communities (but enjoyed by all ages).  Loaner racquets and balls available.  Please send contact details to Geoff at newcananpickleball@yahoo.com.  A search on youtube will give a flavor of this very addictive sport.
