New Canaan's Week of News in Review

To get you caught up in case you missed a day.

In New Canaan, we kicked off the week honoring Martin Luther King, Jr., on Monday, then proceeded to begin digging ourselves out as snow dumped itself across the region Tuesday.

On Wednesday, residents learned they could sign up to let Yankee Gas know about their desire to receive natural gas options in town. Thursday brought some sparring between the US Postal Service and town officials over the mess created by the USPS's move to a temporary home on Main Street.

On Friday, news broke that an Outback Teen Center program director had been dismissed and that police were investigating an incident in which he allegedly made inappropriate comments to a group of students while visiting Saxe Middle School.
