Concert on the Green: David Chevin

When/Where:  Sunday, July 3 at 6pm on the Redding Green.

Why Go: David Chevin, a Professor of Music at University and a Bassologist will be performing Jazz that will help atendees end the weekend and begin the week on a relaxed note. Chevin has been involved in Jazz projects in Southern Connecticut, has experimented with electronic tape loops, played with musicians who love everything from polka to rock.

Pricing: Free.

The Third Annual Fairfield Museum Photography Exhibition

When/Where: Friday, July 1 at 10am at the .

Why Go: Tap into your aesthetic side by taking a stroll through the museum and taking some time to think about what the artist was trying to portray, soak in or give to their viewers. Bring a group of friends to hear their thoughts on the art and spend your afternoon perceiving the visions displayed. 

Pricing: $5.00 admission

Discover Columbus’s Ships

When/Where: Friday, July 1 atin Bridgeport from 9am-6pm .

Why Go: The Nina and the Pinta, two replicas of Columbus’s ships will be docked at the Captain’s Cove Seaport. With a sunny weekend ahead, grab the kids and get outside. Guests will be able to get onboard the ships to get an idea of what Columbus may have experienced.  

Pricing: $8 adults, $7 seniors, $6 ages 5-16, Free ages 4 and under.

Easton Farmers Market

When/Where: 9am-12pm July 2 next to the EMS building on Sports Hill Road.

Why Go: Gather up fresh fruits and veggies for your Independence Day barbecue.

Pricing: Free admission.

Ogden House Tours

When/Where: Sunday, July 3 at 1pm at the next to the Fairfield Museum & History Museum.

Why Go: Discover the way people lived during the 18th century by following a docent throughout the Ogden House. This house is listed among the National Register for Historical places.

Pricing: $3.00 admission

I voted for Mallozzi but I have to tell you that after I saw his antics in person at TequillaRead More Mockingbird I find him morally reprehensible. He boasted how we was the "mayor" of New Canaan and had two women sit with him and his colleague to discuss how he might be able to find one of the girls mom a job in New Canaan.

If you want to see how many members of Mallozzi Marionettes are graduates of the University ofRead More Vermont, please Google Tucker Murphy's name. There are currently 8 people who are UVM alumni. Some day, maybe Tom Stadler, will investigate the issue he has ignored over a year ago. Mr. Stadler was advised that the apron of Tiger's driveway appropriated the use of Town of New Canaan taxpayer purchase products to improve Tiger's home. Mr. Stadler never responded to my request to determine if Town's resources were used to improve Tiger's driveway. Maybe "Johnny Engel-seed" was advised in the acquisition of his home improvements by the Department of Public Works? Mr. Mallozzi, when you decided to retaliate against me last Friday, you should have considered that there are federal laws which prohibit retaliation against federal whistleblowers. As soon as you retaliated against my civil liberties and restricted my access to public document inspection and applied "threats of arrest" to obstruct justice, you have now exposed the Town of New Canaan to a federal suit for violations of U.S.C. Title 42, Section 1983. Mr. Mallozzi says he fears me? No, Mr. Mallozzi fears that the allegations set forth in my criminal complaint alleging Larceny: Defrauding the Public Community will allow for the documents which I acquired pursuant to the FOI Act to be provided to a federal jury as evidence.
