Guys and gals of New Canaan... I've got a "Really?!" to get off my chest, and it might even sound a little pretentious, but I need to say it.
It's 2013. We can literally use our phones as wallets and wear computers in our glasses. Why does this machine at the Locust Lot parking area exist still.
It deserves a proper retirement. Don't continue to force it to fill a job that could easily be done by a more capable counterpart. I rarely even carry coins on my person these days.
Just something I notices while out-and-about. So what do y'all think? Is it time for coin-only public parking machines to go the way of 8-track players and VCRs? Do you not mind in the least? Tell us in the comments!
