Name: Nicole D'Elisa

Age: 20

Occupation: Student and waitress

Tell us a little about yourself:

I am the oldest of five children and I was born in Smithtown, New York. I make jewelery and I am going to try to start my own jewelery business. I am an avid ; people look in my car and all they can see is plastic bottles. I am going to Africa on August 26 to study Drumming and Culture.

How long have you lived in Wilton?

I moved here when I was five with my four siblings, so I've been here for fifteen years.

What is your favorite aspect of Wilton?

I like the community. Half of the people in this town know me and my family It's much nicer than a bigger area. It's comforting and I think people take it for granted and don't realize it until they leave. The education program here is great also. Thehere are incredible. I couldn't have gotten this type of education at a private school. I also like that we only have four traffic lights.

What keeps you here?

My family definitely keeps me around. I like being involved with my brothers' sports. My job also brought me back here after the semester ended.

What do you do for fun?

I like to go to my brothers' sports games. I have three brothers and they play football and lacrosse. I like working at , I actually really love my job. It's also so scenic in Wilton and I love going for drives around here more than anywhere else.

Are you part of any clubs or organization?

Well, I do a lot, but I actually want to start a hula-hooping club. It's one of my favorite hobbies.
