If you’re looking for an exclusive, behind the scenes picture, there’s an app for that. The 2011 Oscar race is the first to offer an Oscar Backstage Pass.

From “A Royal English Tea,” in honor of “The King’s Speech,” to Irish Corned Beef and Budweiser, for fans of “The Fighter,” or “A Meal of Opposites,” including Black and White Cookies inspired by “The Black Swan,” Epicurious suggests saluting the Academy Awards, “with creative meals based on 2011’s Best Picture nominees.”

With the field of Best Picture nominations increased in 2010 from five to ten, it’s not easy to see all the films before the Awards show.
