New Canaan BOE Meeting Agenda Features Moves to Accept Resignations

The next New Canaan Board Of Education 's general meeting is scheduled for The next general Board of Education meeting will take place Monday, Aug. 19th at 7:30pm in the Wagner Room at New Canaan High School. The agenda includes opportunity for public comment, with two minutes allotted to each speaker and a maximum of 15 minutes to each subject.
The consent agenda includes moves to accept the resignations of Elizabeth Marcal, Spanish teacher at Saxe Middle School, effective August 12, 2013 and Mary Elizabeth Wilson, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction, effective August 9, 2013.
The subsequent Board of Education meeting is scheduled for September 9, 2013 and proposed items include an Opening of School Report, Statement of Accounts, and Teacher Evaluation and Professional Learning Plan (TEPL) Update.
