Building Plans Filed for Vineyard Vines, Downtown Spaces
An application for a building permit was filed on behalf of Vineyard Vines, which is expected early this summer to go in on Elm Street. Other applications also were filed for business spaces downtown—see below.
A Kansas-based architect has filed for a building permit at 67 Elm St. on behalf of Vineyard Vines, which is expected to open in the centrally located downtown space early this summer.
Filed March 12 with RH Sweers Architect of Overland Park, KS listed as the architect, the estimated $100,000 in planned work is described this way: “Interior fit out of existing retail space including new storefront and exterior lighting, new partitions, floors, ceiling, lighting, electrical & mechanical. 1,396 square feet.”

No contractor is listed on the application—Jim Walton is listed as authorizing agent. The property is owned by a limited liability company, 79 Elm Street LLC.
