A Tradition of Family Values

New Canaan Ski & Sport celebrates 35 holiday seasons of personal service.

It’s a family affair at .

"There are very few true ski stores left in this area, let alone ones that are family-owned.  Our customers have been so loyal over the years that we are able to provide them with genuine personal attention”, said Pam Alberino, daughter of Ski & Sport owner Susan Alberino. "That's what makes us unique."

John and Susan Alberino opened New Canaan Ski and Sport, which today is at 11 Forest Street, in 1976 with the intention of combining the highest level of customer service with the finest outdoor products available. Their genuine passion for the outdoors and their love of skiing was passed on to their children, Pam and Gio, who are now significantly entrenched in the family business.
