Springtime is here, a time when many of New Canaan's motorists will peel the winter covers off of their convertibles, antiques and other special "nice weather only" cars.
To do that, tire pressure must be checked, motor oil changed -- and car batteries must be charged.
It can take longer to charge a battery on older cars, says Mark Bagg, owner of New Canaan Foreign Car Service on Pine Street.
