The sales of six homes were recorded in the past week, including the first since March to sell in the $4 million range.

The Town Clerk's Office recorded the conveyance of the following properties June 14-18:

110 Braeburn Dr: Hourglass Lake Limited Partnership of Delaware (with Robert D. Thomas acting as the authorized member of its general partner, Hourglass Lake Associates, LLC) sold a 7,189-square-foot colonial to Kristin D. and Robert D. Thomas for $1,930,000. Warranty deed dated June 9, 2010; recorded June 14, 2010.

269 Springwater Ln: Cheryl L. and Thomas J. Brunnegraff sold a 3,045-square-foot colonial to Laurel and Maurice K. Carr, III for $1,350,000. Warranty deed dated June 3, 2010; recorded June 14, 2010.
