Property Sales, Week of March 22
Two homes were sold in New Canaan in the past week; the sale of a third was also belatedly recorded.
The following sales were recorded by the Town Clerk March 22-26:
82 Arrowhead Tr: William J. and Patricia L. Phelan sold a house for $2,275,000 to Edward P. and Alexis M. Stewart. Warranty deed dated March 23, 2010, recorded March 24, 2010.
17 Strawberry Hill Rd: Paul Allen and Laja K.M. Thompson conveyed a house for $975,000 to Prudential Relocation, Inc. on Aug. 18, 2009. The house was then sold to Robert J. and Chunling Vance for $850,000 under a warranty deed dated Aug. 24, 2009. The property was officially conveyed in that transaction March 24, 2010; the conveyance was recorded March 25, 2010.

34 Brookwood Ln: Anothy Sillo, Inc. of New Canaan sold a hous for $3,200,000 to Christopher M. and Carolyn J. Susanin. Warranty deed dated March 25, 2010, recorded March 26, 2010.
