The Town Clerk's Office recorded the sales of two homes in the past week.
The following sales were recorded by the Town Clerk March 29-April 1:
132 Seminary St: A small property belonging to the Estate of Helen Z. Dean was transferred to Gemini Investments 1 LLC of Stamford for $275,000. Executor's deed dated March 29, 2010, recorded March 31, 2010.
126 East Cross Rd: Fred and Gertraud M. Guenther sold a house to Susan M. Cooper for $930,000. Warranty deed dated March 30, 2010, recorded April 1, 2010.
