I would for sure like another nice restaurant. OR, an OTB :) Maybe a Mens Spa like the one in Stamford. Nothing dumb like Womens clothes or antiques or crazy like that. We have enough of that nonsense already :) GLEN

Lulu Lemon, Jamba Juice or Peet's Coffee would be my choices.

I agree with Glenn and Meagan. Apple store AND a man's spa

This is an easy one... we need a good taxidermist in town.

VIZIER FOR VISIONS New Canaan needs a psychic reader and advisor to interpret events. An example would be the Main Street sidewalks and secret Lakeview Bridge fiasco. A little astrology wouldn’t hurt, either. Complimentary cups of coffee would be nice. Fees could be bonded.

A cooking supply store like the wire whisk or an apple store

Wish it was big enough for a great grocery store/market. New Canaan is really lacking a nice upscale market

Psychics are not a reliable source of happiness, Glen. Jay Leno once asked, "How come you never see a headline like 'Psychic Wins Lottery"?

New Canaan could use a nice bakery/cafe . . . Not a chain like Le Pain Quotodien, and not a restaurant . . . but something devoted to sweets and good quality coffee . . . European style. It's very hard to find a good bakery anywhere anymore and Starbucks doesn't cut it.
Glen K Dunbar June 19, 2012 at 05:36 PM
yea, that is for sure. A bakery like the Swiss Chalet some years ago. That was nice or even when Ritz Bakery was there.

I am thinking of something like Isabelle & Vincent in Fairfield . . .
