According to the assessor's office at Town Hall, the property is owned by Cody Real Estate LLC—a company listed in the Connecticut Secretary of the State's business filings as located at 24 Gerrish Lane and whose principal is Therese-Marie Spring.
The space includes 2,414 square feet, according to town records.
