Picador has a new chef, Corey Falcone, from Stamford, CT as of October 1st. In August of this year Club Sandwich owner Leo Gaspar and colleague Ray Rivera from Hyatt in Greenwich, CT bought the restaurant and hand selected Corey as their chef. The new team is slowly introducing a mix of international fare to the Spanish tapas style menu - and Corey is taking requests!
