Welcome to the new Williams-Sonoma Blog!

We want to welcome our Fairfield County neighbors to our store at 136 Main Street, Westport, and introduce some of our ongoing events. Along the way, we’ll share some of our favorite tips and great new products which will make your time in the kitchen so much more fun.

We give a variety of Cooking Classes and Demonstrations which highlight seasonal menus and cooking techniques.

• Coming up this Saturday, 8/25 as part of our partnership with Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry® Campaign to help get nutritious food to kids in need:

Kids’ Hands-On Cooking Class: Healthy Lunches, Saturday 8/25, 11AM. Kids will learn about healthy lunches and snacks. Menu includes Baked Pita Chips, Lunch Box Wraps and a delicious Cheddar and Cauliflower Soup.

• Class size is limited – call 203-221-8667 to register.

• The $10 cost of the class will be donated directly to Share Our Strength’s • No Kid Hungry® Campaign. We hope you’ll join us in this effort.

This sounds like a great event and what a perfect fit for Williams Sonoma in Westport. I stopped in yesterday and I just love all the new place settings you have on display, must start my Fall wish list.....
