Car vs. Tree
Police, fire, and ambulance rushed to the scene of the single-vehicle accident.
A car struck a tree on Oenoke Ridge just past West Road around 2:30 p.m. today, closing the road for about half an hour. New Canaan firefighters extricated the driver and assisted EMS before the patient was taken to Norwalk Hospital. A mailbox was also damaged in the accident.
