On Oct. 22, Jerome and Sydel Applebome sold the property at 177 South Avenue #3 to Robertson Holdings, LLC for $850,000.
On Oct. 25, Edward Hughes sold the property at 65 Ash Tree Lane to Pamela Herring for $800,000.
On Oct. 31, Peter and Jennifer Wade sold the property at 1 Father Peter's Lane to Beech Road, LLC for $5,300,000.
