- Tonight at 6:30 p.m. there will be an Open House before the. You can speak with the planning team, view conceptual ideas, and give feedback. Tonight you will learn more about the master plan for the town facilities, including the library which is a private organization.
- Sunset lectures at Sherwood Island. The Friends of Sherwood Island State Park are hosting a lecture series on Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. in the Nature Center. This Thursday, June 30 the subject is Piping Plovers and Least Terns: Endangered Species with guest speaker Laura Saucier from the DEP Wildlife Division. The lecture refreshments and snacks are free and so is the entrance fee to the park after 5:30 p.m.
