Nine properties were sold in New Canaan from Sept. 21 through Oct. 1.

On Sept. 21, Joseph and Elaine Havens sold the property at 81 Beech Road to Kalyan Mukherjee for $2,340,000.
On Sept. 24, Kenneth and Liisa Bacco sold the property at 231 Frogtown Road to Reeves Ambrecht for $1,845,000.

On Sept. 24, Maximilian Paciovetty sold the property at 289 Park Street Unit C to L Nasmina, LLC for $1,475,000.
On Sept. 25, George and Kirsten Wendell sold the property at 150 Woodridge Drive to Lindsay Valk for $1,427,500.
