On Dec. 31, Richard Rose sold the property at 113 Wahackme Road to Kaeser Construction Company for $665,000.
On Dec. 31, Laurence Wooters sold the property at 264 Hawks Hill Road to Joseph and Janice Magnus for $1,900,000.

On Jan. 2, trustees of the Elizabeth K. Eason trust sold the property at 91 Gerrish Lane to Diane Beck for $1,225,000.
On Jan. 3, Dominic and Charlotte Howard sold the property at 145 Marvin Ridge Road to Neil Sprackling and Maria Echeverria for $1,490,000.
