On Dec. 28, Steven and Kristie Guynn sold the property at 309 Laurel Road to John and Jill Tobin for $2,800,000.
On Dec. 28, Douglas and Abigail Newton sold the property at 334 South Avenue to Gregory and Carolyn Carlon for $997,000.
