Michigan Road Home Sells for $4.6M

From Sept. 10 through Sept. 14, nine properties were sold in New Canaan.

On Sept. 10, Arnold Libner Properties, LLC sold the properties at 7, 9 and 11 South Avenue to RB Property Group, LLC for $3,435,000.

On Sept. 10, Arnold Libner Properties, LLC sold the properties at 160-170 Main Street/12 East Maple Street to New Canaan Investment Group, LLC for $2,165,000.

On Sept. 11, Frances Frost Overlock sold the property at 33 Bank Street to Mary Zara for $460,000.

On Sept. 11, Robert Geitz sold the property at 43 St. John Place to Kathryn Devereaux for $1,567,500.

On Sept. 12, 266 Michigan Road, LLC sold the property at 266 Michigan Road to Sergio De La Vega and Mabel Quezada for $4,600,000.

On Sept. 13, Jamie and Christine Yordan sold the property at 233 Brushy Ridge Road to William and Mayling McCormick for $3,200,000.

On Sept. 13, Alicia Underwood sold the property at 225 Valley Road to Silver Hill Hospital, Inc. for $2,500,000.

On Sept. 13, Harriet Plavoukos sold the property at 19 Mead Street to Nancy and Juan Rivero for $2,425,000.

On Sept. 14, Maples Inn Development Company, LLC sold the property at 179 Oenoke Ridge to Harriet Plavoukos for $1,300,000.

If i'm not mistaken, the home was sold unfinished at 4.6M.

Hey Baffled ...why would anyone want a place that was finished by a builder .... another 3 mill and the place will look just fine .... NewCanaan: 22 sq miles surrounded by reality! H2: right on with another "Marriott" in town.

I'm sure it will look fine. My only point was that the previous listing price, which i believe was actually 9.9M rather than 12M, reflected a "finished" home.
