On Sept. 10, Arnold Libner Properties, LLC sold the properties at 160-170 Main Street/12 East Maple Street to New Canaan Investment Group, LLC for $2,165,000.
On Sept. 11, Frances Frost Overlock sold the property at 33 Bank Street to Mary Zara for $460,000.
