A 16-year-old driver who had her license for two weeks was arrested for DWI after crashing her car through a split rail fence and into a stone wall. This item was just one of a very this week in New Canaan.

On Thursday night, the Town Council held its in as many weeks to hear the Long Range Planning Committee's request for a special appropriation of $175,000 to embark on Phase 2 of its planning process. Seven residents, with questions and suggestions.
