On Dec. 17, Jon and Kathryn Brindisi sold the property at 223 Hickock Road to David and Kelly Ives for $1,137,500.
On Dec. 17, Ingrid Deane sold the property at 90 South Avenue #5 to Cornelia Nelson for $800,000.

On Dec. 17, Joshua Kleban sold the property at 402 Spring Water Lane to Scott and Karen Brown for $3,675,000.
On Dec. 18, Eileen Roper Ast sold the property at 167 Richmond Hill Road to Anthony and Merriam Bouscaren for $800,000.
