Celebrating its 46th year, the show features over 33 hand-selected dealers of fine furniture, art, carpets, jewelry, and decorative accessories. A Preview Party kicks off the event on Friday night, March 1, from 7 to 9 pm. Tickets are $50 at the door and include weekend admission to the show. Party proceeds primarily benefit Inspirica (formerly St. Luke’s Lifeworks). The show continues on Saturday, from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 11:30 am to 5 pm. Tickets are $10 at the door; $8 for seniors, advanced sales, and ad/discount card holders. Show proceeds benefit a number of local charities. A cafe is open Saturday and Sunday, from 11:30 am to 4 pm. William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty is the Platinum Sponsor of this year's show, Darien Rowayton Bank, the Gold Sponsor, and Connecticut Cottages & Gardens, the Media Sponsor.

By abandoning their prior procedure of approving posts before they go up, they are letting anything go on and then taking them down if they're reported. By then, it's too late: the poster has gotten their message across during the time it's in the lineup.
I only check in with Patch occasionally now and so many people in town won't read it at all anymore.
I think we need to be honest with ourselves about what kind of a public forum this venue is.
This doesn't reflect well on Staples if they are using subterfuge and violating Terms of Use on Patch either.
