What is it like to be in long-term recovery?
The Anonymous People shines a light on what life is really like without drugs or alcohol by telling the stories of real people in long-term recovery. It is not your tabloid ore reality TV show version of the truth - it is the truth.
The Anonymous People seeks to undo the stigma that 23 million adults suffer because they are recovering from alcohol or drug abuse.
A Q&A with producer Greg Williams and Dr. Eric Collins of Silver Hill Hospital will follow.
Due to the graphic nature of the film, it is recommended for high school students and adults only.
A prevention, treatment and recovery services fair will be held beginning at 6:00 p.m.
