Weeknights Made Easy!

I recently started a new job and all of a sudden life has become totally crazy!  Full day in a fast-paced work environment. Long, slow, traffic-ridden commutes - mornings and evenings. Total mental and physical exhaustion. After all that, the last thing I want to think about is- putting dinner on the table.

Sure, I can simplify my stress and order take-out - but I always worry about how unhealthy that lifestyle tends to be.  Besides, do I really want to order-in EVERY night?!!!  Nah!

Wouldn’t it be lovely if my magical foodie-fairy would just drop in every evening- prepare a wonderful, healthful, flavorful meal for me and my family!  You know, the kind of food my mom used to make? The kind that I always crave....Alas!
