Kiwanis Hosts 7th Annual Dinner, Entertainment

Step lively this Friday, March 12, at the 7th Annual Kiwanis St. Patrick's Day Dinner at the First Presbyterian Church. Dinner will be served 5 to 8 p.m.

Patrons can dine in and enjoy entertainment by an Irish band and Irish step dancers, or take dinner home. Either way, plates will be brimming with corned beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and Irish soda bread - and glasses filled with lemonade the color of four-leaf clovers.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children and are available at these locations: Hawthorne, Ackerly & Dorrance, 25 South Ave. at Cherry; First County Bank, 95 Park St.; and TD Bank, 272 Elm St. Tickets will also be available at the door.

Proceeds will benefit New Canaan Kiwanis programs and activities throughout the community.

The church is located at 178 Oenoke Ridge, New Canaan. The rain date is Friday, March 19.
