Luncheon to Benefit the Touch A Life Fund

The 5th Annual Touch A Life Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at the Roger Sherman Inn in New Canaan at 12 noon. Our guest speaker will be Tony Pavia, Principal, New Canaan High School.

The Touch A Life Fund was established by the former United Way of New Canaan in 1998 to provide emergency assistance to those in need in New Canaan. To date, over $100,000 has been used to assist residents of all ages  with their fuel and rent bills, food expenses, and provided funds for camperships, clothing, school supplies and many other essential items.

Special thanks are extended to HTG Investment Advisors, Inc. for their generous support of the Luncheon.

Contributions received at the Luncheon are the main source of funding for the Touch A Life Fund. Last year over $20,000 was added to the Fund from contributions made at the Luncheon.
