For the eighth year in a row, Karl Chevrolet Hummer will showcase a 2010 Chevy Camaro, providing golfers with the chance to win the car on the 7th hole. Participants will also have the opportunity to win $10,000 in cash with an additional hole-in-one prize sponsored by Stronghold Insurance & Financial Services.
Open to tennis and golf enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, "Swinging for Seniors" also features two raffle activities which are held during the reception and award ceremony that follows the event's full day of golf and tennis.
The raffle features numerous items including a two-night weekend stay at the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas, a beauty bash for up to eight guests at Benefit Cosmetics located in New Canaan, a set of custom fit irons, a dress from Terani Couture of New York, a lady's and man's watch supplied by Peter Suchy Jewelers in Stamford, gift certificates from Pennyweights, tickets for the Stamford Symphony 2010 – 2011 orchestra classic series and more.

Funds raised will provide financial assistance to residents and patients at Waveny Care Center, The Village at Waveny Care Center and New Canaan Inn who cannot afford the full cost of their care
