Turkey Trot for Norwalk Emergency Shelter

The 7th Annual New Canaan Turkey Trot, a 3K Fun Walk to benefit Norwalk Emergency Shelter, will take place at 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 21, at Irwin Park. The event is planned to be sure that the area's homeless have a meal to enjoy on Thanksgiving.

Prizes will be awarded to the winners.

All donations are welcome.

Warm coats and gloves will also be collected at the event.

Those who cannot participate are asked to consider a tax-deductible donation made payable to the Norwalk Emergency Shelter, which can be mailed to:
