A Holiday Shout Out!!!
Words can not express our gratitude to the New Canaan Fire Department, NCL Canaan Parish Chapter, and Stewart's Market for their holiday spirit.

The Fire Department purchased 15 festive Thanksgiving meals from Stewart's Market, and NCL delivered them to seniors who were alone on Thanksgiving. Many seniors find the holidays can be the loneliest time of year as they may not have any family or are forgotten in the hustle & bustle of the season.
For this reason, the Department of Human Services ramps up a number of programs to reach seniors in the community. The meals were appreciated by all who received them. The best gift is the Gift of Giving during the holidays!
