And What do you do with Coconut Oil?

I am recouping from being very sick. I have been asking questions and doing research on how to get and stay well, and what food to eat. This article is from my research.

This post may look like a health food article, or a cooking article or how to lose weight article, that should be ignored, but it is my encouragement for the use of coconut oil.  I don’t sell it but I did benefit from it. The fact is, because of coconut oil I am able to write this.  I was very sick which I will cover later but my sickness was because of my diet.  My diet was the Standard American fat-free diet , void of nutrition and full of sugar.

I write this as a warning to all that can read; be very careful of the government agencies the FDA and USDA recommendations when it comes to food.  Also a warning of the current medical practice, for it too is being controlled by groupthink.  The AMA is more concern for the bottom line then concern for your health or welfare.  The Food Pyramid has been in effect since the 1930’s way before any O care.  If you want to stay healthy and fight the fight for your country, you better pay attention to what you are eating.  Because suddenly, someday you may get very sick too. Read my blog, I have a story to tell.

Now back to ---- What do you do with Coconut Oil?

And what do you do with Coconut Oil? You cook with it. You eat it. You drink it. You rub it all over you and you might even give it to your pet.  You may sleep with it on your hair or skin – It may not help you with the common cold but will help with just about everything else. Coconut Oil is not a cure-all but it sure can help.

Coconut is a nut or better yet a seed. Besides eating the meat (dried, flaked, shredded, and whole), you have coconut cream, coconut oil and coconut water.  You have coconut butter, sugar, vinegar, coconut wine, and more.  You can find coconut in grocery stores, health-food stores, or Asian markets.

Currently, I am recouping from being very sick, run down and overworked. In my attempt to regain my years of lost strength, I have been asking questions and doing research on how to get and stay well, and did the food I eat cause my illness?

I have been completely blown away by what I have found.  A neighbor of mine had an article left from a friend’s son who had just retired from the CDC.

Coconut Oil and Alzheimer’s Disease

I voted for Mallozzi but I have to tell you that after I saw his antics in person at TequillaRead More Mockingbird I find him morally reprehensible. He boasted how we was the "mayor" of New Canaan and had two women sit with him and his colleague to discuss how he might be able to find one of the girls mom a job in New Canaan.

If you want to see how many members of Mallozzi Marionettes are graduates of the University ofRead More Vermont, please Google Tucker Murphy's name. There are currently 8 people who are UVM alumni. Some day, maybe Tom Stadler, will investigate the issue he has ignored over a year ago. Mr. Stadler was advised that the apron of Tiger's driveway appropriated the use of Town of New Canaan taxpayer purchase products to improve Tiger's home. Mr. Stadler never responded to my request to determine if Town's resources were used to improve Tiger's driveway. Maybe "Johnny Engel-seed" was advised in the acquisition of his home improvements by the Department of Public Works? Mr. Mallozzi, when you decided to retaliate against me last Friday, you should have considered that there are federal laws which prohibit retaliation against federal whistleblowers. As soon as you retaliated against my civil liberties and restricted my access to public document inspection and applied "threats of arrest" to obstruct justice, you have now exposed the Town of New Canaan to a federal suit for violations of U.S.C. Title 42, Section 1983. Mr. Mallozzi says he fears me? No, Mr. Mallozzi fears that the allegations set forth in my criminal complaint alleging Larceny: Defrauding the Public Community will allow for the documents which I acquired pursuant to the FOI Act to be provided to a federal jury as evidence.
