Spring Forward

Time for our clocks to spring forward! In real estate this usually means it's time for sellers to spruce up their homes for the spring market. This year in New Canaan, I think we sprung forward early. The pending sales for the month of February were HUGE! Looks like, unlike the weather, spring has come early to the real estate market. We still have a problem with low inventory in the "bread and butter" market.   The time to put an aggressively priced house on the market is now! Don't sleep through the spring market.
