Angelina DeFeo, age 101 a New Canaan resident for over 45 years died Saturday March 9, 2013 at her home with her loving family at her side. Born in San Mango Sul Calore, Italy September 8, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Carmela Coppola Borea. Angelina was the wife of the late Carmine DeFeo.

She is survived by her daughter, Carmelinda DeFeo and her son Anthony DeFeo both of New Canaan, her sister Elisa Sarni and her brother, Ermenegildo Borea both of Italy and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased her brothers, Salvatore, Domenico, Alessandro, Antonio and her sister Margherita.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday March 13, 2013 at St Aloysius Church, Cherry St. New Canaan at 11 a.m. with entombment to follow in Lakeview Cemetery, New Canaan Friends may call at the Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main Street, New Canaan on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
