The CTDAR CDR Commission will be hosting a workshop on Saturday, March 15th, in Milford, CT at the Freelove Baldwin Stow Chapter House. The goal of this workshop is to assist the chapters in the Southwest and South Central Districts with their prospective member list; to meet and work with the prospective members, and work with chapter leaders in the current standards for the application process, increase our membership, and strengthen our chapters. We would encourage registrars, membership chairs, lineage research and volunteer genealogists to attend, and ask that chapter registrars/membership chairs reach out to your prospective members and ask them to attend. A Power Point presentation on Application Basics will be presented by our Lineage Research and Volunteer Chairs, and What You Don't Need for a DAR Application, presented by our State Organizing Secretary, will be part of the workshop program. Please take this opportunity to assist your prospective members, train your leaders, increase your chapter membership, meet some new friends, and have fun! The Freelove Baldwin Stow Chapter has offered to cater a light lunch for everyone, at a cost of $12.00 per attendee; or, ladies may bring their own lunch, if they prefer. Checks for lunch are payable to Freelove Baldwin Stow Chapter, NSDAR. Please make your reservations by March 1st. As seating is limited, please make your reservations early.

We ask that those attending please contact Carol Bauby for reservations, and let her know if you wish to have the catered lunch.
